• Identity Proof: Identity proof of the proprietor or partner.
• Address Proof: Address proof of the food business premises.
• List of Directors/Partners: List of directors or partners of the food business.
• Food Safety Management System (FSMS) Plan: A plan outlining the food safety management system of the food business.

Application Process:

• Online Application: Apply online for the food license on the FSSAI website.
• Upload Documents: Upload the required documents.
• Pay Fees: Pay the applicable fees.
• Inspection: Undergo an inspection by the FSSAI authorities.

Renewal:

• Apply Online: Apply online for renewal of the food license.
• Upload Documents: Upload the required documents.
• Pay Fees: Pay the applicable fees.

Penalties for Non-Compliance:

• Cancellation of License: Cancellation of the food license.
• Fine: Imposition of a fine up to ₹10 lakhs.
• Imprisonment: Imprisonment up to 6 months.
