    Eligibility Criteria:

    • Food Business Operator (FBO): Any person or entity involved in the manufacture, processing, storage, distribution, or sale of food products.
    • Turnover: Based on the annual turnover of the food business.

    Documents Required:

    • Business Registration Certificate: Certificate of registration of the food business.
    • Identity Proof: Identity proof of the proprietor or partner.
    • Address Proof: Address proof of the food business premises.
    • List of Directors/Partners: List of directors or partners of the food business.
    • Food Safety Management System (FSMS) Plan: A plan outlining the food safety management system of the food business.
